Chris Jordan




Chris has always had an interest in helping others reach their goals. As an athlete, Chris played lacrosse from 5th grade through college, coaching youth teams starting in high school. After injury cut his playing career short, he turned his passion for helping others towards the development of speed, power and strength to create better athletes. 


Chris’ passion and professional interest is primarily speed and power training, and how coaches can help create the most explosive, fast athletes on the field or court.



For the last 5 years, Chris has had the opportunity to help everyone from weekend warriors to Division 1 athletes pursue their performance and fitness goals. He believes people’s needs vary by degree, not kind, and has helped hundreds of people move, feel, and perform better using the same principles he uses to train even his highest level athletes. 



In his free time, Chris enjoys golfing, hiking, and you’ll most likely find him talking to someone about the latest in Philadelphia sports news.
