Nick LaRue

About
Nick is a strength and conditioning coach who holds a passion for training athletes and clients and seeing their progress expressed both on the field and in their day-to-day lives. He holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science from Temple University. His athletic background ranges from formerly competing in Amateur Muay Thai to playing national level club Ultimate Frisbee.
Nick's career started as an intern at Philadelphia Barbell Club where he assisted in the design and implementation of programs for weightlifters ranging from novices to international level competitors. From there, he interned with Temple University's Football team, assisting in the implementation of speed, strength, and conditioning programs throughout the entire calendar year, along with monitoring acute and chronic player load and return to play protocols through their Sport Science system, Catapult.
