Personal Training

If you have never tried working out, a personal trainer is the ultimate fitness coach. Your trainer will introduce you to a simple, effective routine and progressively build a solid foundation, which will give you the confidence and knowledge to succeed.

 

Already in decent shape, but feel stuck or feel you you have plateaued? An FxS personal trainer is the perfect solution to kick-start both your motivation and your workout routine as well.

  • Our Personal Training is for one to two individuals. We offer that a second person can join a session at no extra cost. 

Pricing

  • 60 minute session - $90

  • 60 minute session - $437.50 for a 5 pack

  • 60 minute session - $850 for a 10 pack

  • 30 minute session - $50

  • 30 minute session - $250 for a 5 pack

  • 30 minute session - $500 for a 10 pack

Small Group Training

FxS also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friend or for those people who get more out of their workout by competing. Semi-private training is typically 3-5 people with one trainer. Common group dynamics are friends, husband-wife teams, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos. Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is also a popular option.

FXS Strength Class

Looking for a challenge? Weekend Warrior or looking to get back into training? Interested in how the elite athletes train?  If you said yes to any of those questions, then this is right up your alley.  Everything from Olympic lifting (power), strength training, mobility, and energy systems training (conditioning). This will all be a goal-oriented, structured program broken down into 4-week microcycles so that there can be consistent tracking and adjustment. Most weeks consist of Strength Training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's and Aerobic/Circuit Training on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays. 

Class Duration: 60 min

Monday - Friday at 6 AM

Saturday 7 - 8 AM
