Our Gym

Our facility is located in Bridgeport, PA and is minutes away from King of Prussia. Our 9,100 square foot facility is for anyone looking to maximize their potential.  We offer sports performance training, team training, personal training, classes, corporate fitness, as well as nutritional advice. Our gym is equipped with a full fitness area great for any kind of training needed to reach your goals.
